Pneumatic Angle Seat Piston Globe Valves

Pneumatic angle seat piston globe valves are manufactured across a very broad range of sizes including 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1, 11/4, 11/2 and 2" BSP or NPT thread, with some more specialised suppliers offering 21/2 and 3" BSP threaded and flanged versions. These 2/2 way normally closed, normally open and double acting ASPV or Angle Seat Piston Valves are suitable for all general purpose air, water, oil, vacuum, steam, contaminated and viscous thick and glutinous media applications, offering air operated or pneumatic controlled open and closing function for the bidirectional water hammer free control of media.

Well manufactured high quality ASPV angle seat piston valves are typically manufactured with virgin PTFE seals which offers improved sealing characteristics as PTFE is a non elastomer seal, and when combined with a 316 stainless steel body and internal parts structure an angle seat piston valve will not only outperform most other industry standard valves they can also provide flow control for very corrosive and aggressive acid and alkali media as well as being far more robust design compared to other valves with polycarbonate actuators or bronze bodies.
