Brass solenoid valves 3/2 way.Brass 3/2 way solenoid valves (3 port 2 position), miniature, high pressure and general purpose 3 way brass solenoid valves are typically sizes 1/8" and 1/4" (miniature) or 3/8" or 1/2" threaded 3 port 2 position solenoid valves all all well suited for diverting the flow of media from a common inlet through to either of two outlet ports. Typical applications are valve and pneumatic actuator control, fluid or gas diverting in process lines and pneumatic cylinder control. Some more recent applications include diesel to vegetable oil vehicle conversion systems.
Three way brass solenoid valve working pressures will typically work from vacuum up to about 10 or 13 bar depending on the valve model and manufacturer. Brass 3 way solenoid valves are generally suitable for most general purpose air, water, vacuum, light oil, steam, non-aggressive and non-corrosive media applications. Available in both normally closed, normally open and universal diverting function.
