Stainless steel solenoid valves 2/2 way normally closed.Stainless steel 2/2 way normally closed solenoid valves (2 port 2 position) in both direct acting and pressure assisted operation are designed for fail safe closure requiring electrical power to open. 2-way 304 and 316 stainless steel solenoid actuated valves are typically available from most valve manufacturers from miniature 1/8, 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" thread and and standard sizes from 3/8" through to 2" BSP or NPT thread, usually with options for flanged PN16, ANSI150lb and JIS10K.
Stainless steel 2 way solenoid valves are suitable most general purpose air, water, vacuum, light oil applications however their stainless steel construction makes them an ideal flow solution for slightly aggressive media such as Reverse Osmosis Water, De-mineralised water, slight acid and alight alkali's making them an ideal choice for most food industry, pharmaceutical industry and chemical industry applications.
