High Pressure Solenoid Valves from UK leading Supplier.High pressure solenoid valves for high pressure liquids and gases including 50 Bar, 100 Bar, 200 Bar, 300 Bar and in excess of 400 Bar with port sizes from 1/8 BSP through to 2" BSP or NPT thread. Typically direct acting, small orifice, compact size and reduced cost. High pressure standard solenoid valves for pressures up to 500 bar are typically manufactured from AISI316Ti stainless steel and and high pressure brass solenoid valves for pressures up to 200 bar, as brass is not as strong as stainless steel.
Some high pressure valve manufacturers and suppliers offer options such as
1. manual over ride so the solenoid valve can me manually opened or closed
2. manual reset so the solenoid valve will not reopen unless manually reset whilst under electrical power to prevent automatic opening without manual intervention
3. ATEX explosion flame proof EEx dII C T4 temperature class 135°C or T6 temperature class +85°C
4. ATEX EEx m II T4 encapsulated coil temperature class 85°C
5.Open and closed position switches for electrical valve position signalling
6. Double solenoid coil for improved reliability if one coil should fail.
7. Safety lock systems to prevent manual over ride without release of security device
8. Micro power suppression systems to prevent valve closure due to millisecond power failures
9. Metal to metal sealing with PTFE or elastomer seals for extremely corrosive or extreme temperature applications as even PTFE gives off toxic fumes over 250 centigrade
10. Thermal barriers to protect the solenoid coil from extreme high or low temperatures. Coaxial high pressure solenoid operated and pneumatically operated coaxial valves are also available for pressure exceeding 300 bar, which can offer bi-directional flow control, handle aggressive and contaminated media, vacuum and thick viscous media. Coax valves are available in Brass, AISI304 and AISI316 stainless steel in both 2/2 and 3/2 way normally open and normally closed function.
